L Family

Chicago Family Photographer, Chicago Kids Photography: Precious Things Photography

Oh Mr. J and Miss L – you guys looked so adorable in your holiday clothes. I know that Mr. J didn’t really want to wear his sweater but yes, Santa will be so excited that you dressed in such a festive manner! Thank you both for being so cooperative – you made my morning super easy! Big thanks go out to Mr. J for making me laugh with my silly glasses, showing me his lightening speed and telling me all about his new gym shoes. Big thanks go out to Miss L for giving me huge smiles outside right at the end of our session…It always has to work out that way, huh? I hope you guys stayed out of the yucky weather and had a great afternoon. Enjoy!

Baby C

Look at these two. Seriously? Anyone who has been to The Loft has seen a few photos of Miss C up on the wall…Look at how much she’s changed! That’s her little brother, Baby C…And by “little”, I mean that he’ll soon be protecting her. Just give him a few more months until he’s walking. As always, it was great to see you guys. I’m sorry that we didn’t have a chance to play around the park, Miss C. Next time! And Baby C? I hope you had a great nap. Next time I see you, you’re going to be 8 feet tall. I can’t wait.

Baby S

Welcome to the World, Baby S! I know that everyone was waiting for you rather impatiently…Especially your poor Mommy and Daddy who were waiting an extra long time (I still can’t even believe how long it was)! You’re a beautiful, healthy girl with a wonderful head of hair…and quite alert, I must say. Thank you so much for enjoying my little nest that I made for you and just hanging with us on your second day out of that silly hospital. We’re all so glad that you’re here, and I for one can’t wait to see what you turn into. Big thanks go out to Mommy for being a trooper (and an incredibly strong woman) and big thanks go out to Daddy for being so in love with the two most important women in his life. It was amazing to watch…

Owl Hat

Dear Baby S: Although you’re about 1/2 a year old, I think it’s pretty safe to start planning your future. That future includes possibly marrying my son. You see, you look fabulous in hats and adorable in a tutu…and those eyes which are currently photographing hazel are bound to melt a million people’s hearts. I’m sure you’ve used that to your advantage with Mommy and Daddy more than once (per hour) since you’ve been in this amazing world and your talents are only going to grow as you do. Thank you for being such a good girl and sitting like a pro – before anyone knows it, you’re going to be sitting on your own like the little lady that you are. Big thanks go out to Mommy for bringing some of the best clothing I’ve seen in awhile and big thanks go out to Daddy for not minding the fact that I referred to him as evil at one point. Now let me start convincing you about my kid. Ready? You both have crazy spikey hair and big eyes, you’re both fantastic at sitting (and drooling a bit) and you both have fabulous style. Isn’t that enough for now? Me thinks so.

V Family

I don’t know what in the heck is going on lately, but I’ve consistently had families every single week where I’ve wanted to carry their kids around with me daily. Mr. E and Baby A were absolutely no exception to that statement! Big, big thanks go out to Mr. E for being so incredibly fun to play with. If every single day were filled with tons of mini you’s, I’d constantly be smiling! Your counting was incredible, as was your x-ray vision while playing hide and seek and knowing EXACTLY where Mommy was hiding each and every time. To Baby A, anyone who takes one look at you is going to want to carry you around…and when that smile comes out, it’s killer! Big, huge thanks go out to Mommy and Daddy for coming out and having a good time with me. You have a gorgeous family and I can’t wait to show you the rest!
