Baby L

Chicago Baby Photographer | Baby L

You see that gorgeous head of red hair up there? And those amazing blue eyes? Yep…and that crazy smile?! That’s Baby L and she was an absolute pleasure to photograph. I loved her little laugh and those wonderfully yummy thighs. Big thanks go out to Mommy and Daddy for being so awesome to work with!!

Darren Sproat - Gen, I felt compelled to comment on one of your posts but I just couldn’t decide which one. These are fantastic photographs. Congrats on the award last year and keep up the great work.

Mr C

Chicago Kids Photographer | Mr. C

Well, well…Mr. C is turning into quite the little man, isn’t he? He’s walking…He’s talking…He eats cheddar bunnies out of a snack trap. It’s amazing! Big thanks go out to Mr. C for being well behaved. I wouldn’t have expected anything less from you. Congratulations on your new house and all of your play areas, including your yard. We’re super jealous over here.

Baby O

Chicago Baby Photographer

Dearest Miss O:

I’ve been waiting for awhile to meet you. As a matter of fact, I’ve been waiting since the late summer! You see, your Mommy is super special to me and had a huge impact on my life as I know it today. So when I found out that I was going to meeting you one day, I could hardly contain myself! As I had expected, you’re adorable – bows, straight left leg and all. Thank you for being such an amazing baby for me and allowing us to change you a bazillion times, throw a bazillion bows on your head and make you sit outside in the itchy grass. It was my pleasure photographing you…and to Mommy? Thank you again for everything.

Yucky Weather

What is with this poopy weather, Chicago? When did I tell you that it was okay to make the temperature drop a good 15+ degrees in mid-May? Come on now. You’re making it so hard for us chicago family photographers to have a great time out there!

For everyone who wants outdoors photos, it’s important to remember these tips when the weather is this unpredictable:

  1. We do our best to update you on the weather status the day before and the day of your photo session. If we see that there is supposed to be inclement weather at the time of your session, we will shoot you over an Email to give us an opportunity to discuss it with you!
  2. We will not photograph your children or your family in weather that could be at all considered dangerous to anyone, including yours truly, the photographer! This is for your benefit. Trust us!
  3. If we arrive to your session and the weather abruptly changes, we will use our discretion when it comes to rescheduling your session with you. Unfortunately we cannot control the weather. We really wish that we could!

Now onto better things…Like warming up my body from standing outside at the Lakefront this afternoon in the drizzling, windy, cold yuckyness!
